A state of the art 2,700 square foot facility opened this past week at Duffy’s Napa Valley Rehab. The new building introduces six new counseling offices, two large conference rooms and extra space for administrative staff to Duffy’s expanding campus.
The $300K project began by tearing down the old counseling center and placing the counseling staff in a temporary facility. “…everyone was sharing everything,” says Jeremy Campbell, Duffy’s vice president of plant operations and great-grandson of the rehab center’s founder Gene Duffy.
The New Facility
Now, more than two years later, Duffy’s most modern and up-to-date facility stands where the old center did previously. “This (new building) demonstrates Duffy’s commitment to keeping the facilities updated,” says Campbell, “we want to do whatever we can to fully serve our guests.”
And the building only represents part of the developmental picture at Duffy’s. Campbell told us, “We want to upgrade as many facilities as we can to improve the comfort of our guests and make the ‘home feel’ evident around here as much as possible.”
