Matthew Berry, LPT
Nursing Supervisor
Matt has been a valued member of the Duffy’s Rehab Napa Valley Nursing team for the last five years and has been a Licensed Psych Tech (LPT) since May 2010. He advocates and educates clients on a daily basis, and is a leader who leads by example, always willing to help out and work alongside his team members.
He picks up extra shifts to cover call outs in order to give our clients the best care possible, and is compassionate and empathic to the SUD populate that Duffy’s serves. Matt has created a cohesive team of nurses, medical assistants, and certified nurse’s aides.
His past experience includes working with Veterans with PTSD at Crestwood Behavioral Treatment and St. Helena Hospital.
During his off time, Matt is a very devoted husband and dad to a son and daughter who participate in multiple sports and activities. He never misses a game or opportunity to support his family and enjoys posting many photos of his family and leisure time.
