Juan came to Duffy’s Napa Valley just after graduating from nursing school in 2022 and quickly became a valued member of the Nursing team. He is compassionate and empathic to the SUD population, and has a passion for working with the LBGTQ community and assisting with the healthcare for LGBTQ teens. He assists with STIs screening and educating both the patients and families alike.
He is always willing to fill in a shift or stay late when needed, and greets all the clients with a big, beautiful and welcoming smile. Juan loves to listen, guide, and give gentle encouragement to all his clients every day, and everyone loves to come into the medical building to see Juan waiting there.
On his off time, he is very devoted to his family and extended family. He loves travel, fashion, Drag Queens and Ru Paul’s Drag Race. Juan is definitely the “Best Dressed Employee” at Duffy’s Rehab Napa Valley.
